Meet The Black Pearl, the most unique hot sauce we've created to date.
 
A luxurious blend of dark black cherries, a subtle hint of rich espresso, and the fiery kick of Ghost Chillies, all brought together to create something completely different from anything else in the Oh Grow Up collection.
 
The coffee isn't there to overpower the sauce. Instead, it adds a deep, roasted richness that sits beautifully behind the sweet, fruity cherry flavour, before the Ghost Chilli slowly makes its presence known.
 
And the coffee? We're using Indian Beans from The Teesside Coffee Co., bringing a proper local touch to this rather unusual treasure.
 
Part of our limited edition Black & Gold Collection, The Black Pearl is a sauce for those willing to venture beyond the ordinary, and it sits just behind out hottest sauce (Silly Billy) on the Scoville. 
 
To give this sauce a unique colour and keeping the Nautical theme we used squid ink (check allergens when buying)
